HILTON Garden Inn has finally put its stamp on Malaysia with the opening of the Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur Jalan Abdul Rahman. The new opening is just a five-minute walk from the Chow Kit monorail which will connect guests to the rest of the city, and has 265 rooms, some of which have incredible views of the iconic Petronas Towers.

“We are proud to open our first Hilton Garden Inn in Malaysia, with Kuala Lumpur being one of the most popular destinations in the world,” John Greenleaf, global head at Hilton Garden Inn, told Travel Daily Asia.

The hotel is in the central district of Chow Kit, known for its old-world charm and vibrancy, bustling with locals and tourists exploring the markets. It is home to Southeast Asia’s largest Sikh temple.

Other local attractions around the hotel include a mini zoo, eco forest walks, night markets, art galleries and some of the best authentic shopping in Kuala Lumpur.

Hilton Garden Inn is the perfect place to stay and be able to wake up and explore the hidden gems of Kuala Lumpur. The hotel offers guests all-day dining as well as a 24-hour pantry for late-night snackers, plus a fitness center and self-service laundry facilities. Those needing Internet facilities can take full advantage of the hotel’s complimentary Wi-Fi service.

“As Hilton’s third brand in Malaysia, the opening of Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman perfectly complements our existing brand portfolio in the country,” Paul Hutton, vice president of operations for South East Asia at Hilton, told Travel Daily Asia.

Once in your room and resting from a busy day of exploring, relax in front of the 40-inch television and treat yourself to a little something from the minibar.

Hilton Garden Inn also comes highly recommended as a brilliant place for business travelers. The hotel is within a 10-minute radius of business and government districts and just a stone’s throw away from Kuala Lumpur’s main conference centers.

“This new opening in a key Southeast Asian gateway city is a testament to our commitment to sustaining Hilton’s growth through the Asia Pacific. We are confident that the hotel will provide guests with exceptional experiences that are enhanced by our high standards of comfort, cleanliness, and flexibility, each time they stay with us,” added Greenleaf.
