An extensive private beach, luxurious spa and small guest numbers ensure peace and relaxation for those who don’t want to take advantage of the tempting water sports and private boat on offer.

The dining at this ‘adults-only’ resort is particularly noteworthy. Careful attention has gone into crafting this five-star menu, which abounds with vegetarian and seafood dishes.
The main dining area is in the Main House, but those staying in the Guest House can also take their meals in that building’s dining venue if they prefer.
The suites at Santi Sari are split between the two main buildings.
The Main House has six suites that offer the most formal accommodation at the resort. The huge first floor living room, with its stunning views and the main dining room are located here.
The Guest House holds the remaining four suites and has a dining and living area of its' own, as well as a pool.
All suites feature hand-carved four poster beds, custom mattresses, flat-screen TVs, DVD players and a room safe.
Santi Sari features attractive gardens and a swimming pool. The resort is situated on the edge of West Bali National Park, which is composed of forested slopes, mangrove swamps, coastal flats and rainforest.
The park is open to visitors, who come to spot barking deer, macaques, wild boar and the unique banteng –a wild Balinese cow. The coral reefs here are particularly diverse, and whale sharks are sometimes sighted.
Two of the most intriguing temples in northern Bali are just 15 minutes drive away. The Great Pulaki Temple is a dramatic temple, guarded by macaque monkeys and commemorating the arrival of Nirartha the Javanese saint in the early 16th Century. It is said to be a very magical temple and has many pilgrims. A short distance away from Pulaki is the first Main Melanting (Temple of Trader) built in Bali, the abode of the Goddess of Prosperity.
Santi Sari's unique location - overlooking a tranquil bay on the Bali Sea and bordering the protected Bali Barat National Park gives direct access (about 30 minutes by boat) to Menjangan (Deer) Island. Protected and inhabited only be deer, wildlife and temples and offering stunning white beaches this is the perfect place to explore or simply relax and take in the truly breathtaking views.
If you are a diver, then this may be the best place for coral reef and abundant marine life in the World! The diversity of pristine corals are second to none! Plenty of reef fish and dramatic walls and drop-offs make this a true marine paradise. It's also ideal for snorkeling as the reefs are close to shore.
Gateway to Bali Barat National Park, Santi Sari Boutique Hotel is a far cry from the rustic lodge that you might expect on the fringes of an animal and marine sanctuary. This is the sort of luxury suites-only living that vacationers envision when they think about a holiday in Bali.
Island excursions, temple visits and highland excursions are all on the itinerary. Santi Sari offers exclusive, resort-style living without the crowds of Kuta. There are only 10 suites on this 21-acre property, so solitude and privacy are easy to find. Guests enjoy natural grounds, complete with lotus ponds, landscaped gardens and a backdrop of volcanoes and mountains.
Massages, spa treatments and five-star dining are all on offer. It’s difficult to justify leaving the tranquil hotel grounds, but there are natural attractions worth exploring in the area. Wildlife abounds in the national park, with excellent snorkeling and diving opportunities offshore.
A nearby uninhabited island makes for a perfect day escape and offers the white-sand beaches that are prominently missing from this region of Bali.
“The luxurious suites have large, very comfortable beds making for the most restful sleep I've had in a long time. We felt like royalty. There is a lot of heart in everything at Santi Sari and that's why it really is a place of healing.” Raeleen, Byron Bay, Australia
“ I arrived at night and woke up to the most breathtaking views in every direction. The gourmet food was delicious, the rooms incredibly luxurious and their special massage treatment was fabulous. The icing on the cake for me was the private beach with a jetty and boat which took me to the nearby Menjangan Island to snorkel, have a picnic lunch and chill out. I can't recommend this place enough as it is in a class of its own and I am dreaming of my return visit.” SaraRead, Caterham, United Kingdom
“Words cannot describe just how amazing this hotel is. Situated in the less frenetic north west part of Bali, this boutique hotel is one of the few places in the world that we would revisit. ” Millietess, Cornwall, United Kingdom
