AKARYN HOTEL GROUP has been making waves with its range of luxury lifestyle and wellness resorts in Asia. And in the thick of Asia’s high season, three properties recently cropped up in Thailand and Laos.

While often overshadowed by large hotel chains that have penetrated southeast Asia’s island and beach resorts, AKARYN is slowly gaining momentum in a competitive market.

The group has been known to emphasize the importance of fresh, organic ingredients often sourced by the resort’s farms, as well as local vegetable and fruit gardens.

The brand is also a leader in wellness and spa concept resorts where modern elements are paired with traditional remedies for unique treatments.

On top of that, AKARYN is not new to hosting weddings. Because many of its properties lie on white sand overlooking azure waters, staff are experienced with helping couples plan their special day.

Here’s a glimpse of the three resorts.

Set on the sands of Natai Beach, this old-fashioned beach resort ticks all the right boxes. It has sprawling suites and villas, luxury amenities, a beach spa, and a dreamy waterfront venue for weddings and events.

The two-bedroom seaview villas – fitted with a jacuzzi and gazebo – are located right at the beachfront and are just steps away from the beach. They’re also incredibly private, great if you’re traveling with family and don’t want to be bothered by crowds.

You can also sign up for the spirit yoga program, curated workshops designed to enrich you with yoga history, theories, and philosophies complemented with fresh fruit, juices, and if you like, sunset sailing and romantic private dinners.

Bangkok will never have too many five-star hotels and this new one in Thonglor is a chic metropolitan retreat that promotes the modern “living in the city” concept.

All rooms are categorized into studio rooms or one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites, and tap into the local aesthetics with strong contemporary influences. The studio room is great for business travelers who want the serviced residence feel complete with kitchenette and appliances.

The function room here can fit up to 40 guests and is designed to hold business meetings, training activities, private dining functions, and social events. The hotel’s food and beverage team can also customize menus for corporate events.

The group’s first foray outside Thailand is a regal property along the Mekong River in Vientiane, Laos. Restrained Laotian accents are paired with neo-classical styles to make up a romantic setting for discerning travelers.

Go all out with the Presidential Suite, a stunning space of high ceilings and an elegant cream-hued aesthetic. It’s a dreamy, slightly princess-y option with fluffy duvets, Victorian-themed carpets, and elegant room fittings.

AYURAH Wellness is health and wellness center that fits in a spa, salon, and separate areas for body treatments, foot massages, and traditional massages. Bask in lush Linda Meredith products as you undergo rejuvenating treatments – the stuff real breaks are made of.
